• How much does it cost to get started? What are the set up fees? There are no upfront set up fees to get an account or recurring fees to use the GXBill system. The only fees are processing fees once you start running traffic through our payment network.
• Where is GXBill based? How long have you been in business? GXBill is US based business with it's main office located in Timonium, Maryland. We have been operating since 2002, and have been profitable and stable since inception. We have not missed a single payment to our Merchants since day 1.
• How difficult is it to integrate your system into my site / affiliate program? It couldn't be easier. Oftentimes we have have you fully set up and running within minutes of signing up. Our native English speaking, US based development team will help you every step of the way with integration - for free.
• Are you compatible / integrated with NATS, MPA3 or Partnersoft? Yes of course, we have been for several years. Typically, set up times in NATS & MPA can be completed within minutes.
• Do you accept webmasters and sites from all over the world? Yes, we do. However, we keep a very close eye on all our webmasters from countries that are normally not accepted by most affiliate programs (such as the former Soviet Republics, South America, and SE Asia etc.). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any webmaster from any part of the world who is suspected of violating our terms.
• Does a single link code handle all of the billing products? Yes, one link handles all of our products. All you need to do is post a single link, begin sending traffic and you can bill in 200+ markets, 40+ languages and dozens of alternative processing solutions.
• I see some of the largest programs and sites on the web utilizing your system for many many years. Why is that? Because trust is earned. We are constantly innovating, we don't play games with our Merchants user data, we pay on time everytime, and we aren't located in an exotic offshore country you have never heard of. And our support team kicks butt. That's why.

Payment

• How do I get paid? You can opt to be paid by check or wire.
• What is the minimum payout? There is a minimum payout of $50. For wires, the minimum payout is $250. There are no fees for wires.
• Where can I see how much I've earned? Our stats are in real time, and you view your earnings in real time. You can also view historical payout data in the Merchant admin area.
