GXB remits exactly 80% of the collected call revenue from our 900 carrier to the Merchant.
The payment schedule for GX900 to the Merchant is 60 days from the end of the month. For example, April's traffic is paid on July 1st.
The 900 Carrier retains a percentage of gross billed revenue from the Merchant in a 6 month rolling reserve. Upon the release of revenue held in reserve by the carrier, GXB will also pay Merchant exactly 80% of this revenue from the Carrier's rolling reserve fund, with month 1 being paid on month 8.
